Although life does not stop with diagnosis, harsh cancer treatments weaken the immune system and make our childhood cancer heroes more susceptible to illness. As a result, patients cannot access the broader amenities and activities their hospital may have to offer. That’s where we come in. Collaborating with our partner hospitals, we focus on projects that transform the hospital experience for pediatric cancer patients and bring a smile to their faces.

Support Maddie’s Character Closet and celebrate the power of imaginative play. By donating figurines and characters, you can provide pediatric cancer patients with imaginative buddies to join them on their journey. Whether a patient is confined to their hospital room or taking a break in the oncology floor’s playroom, imaginative play offers a wonderful escape from the harsh reality of cancer treatment. Our cancer heroes often spend long days in their hospital rooms. To help them find moments to smile, we offer a variety of joyful and meaningful projects that can be delivered right to their bedside to brighten their day. Assemble a bedside craft kit to inspire creativity. Create a no sew blanket to bring them comfort. Design inspiring greeting or holiday cards to fill their rooms.
